Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Grok TTS. By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.

Acceptable use

• Do not clone a voice you do not have the rights to use.
• Do not use the service to impersonate a person without their consent, to deceive, or to break the law.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the service.

Content and ownership

You keep the rights you hold in the text you submit and in the audio you generate. You grant us the limited licence we need to process your requests and operate the service.

Credits and payment

Paid plans grant credits that are consumed by generation. Credits are not transferable, and unused credits expire according to the plan you purchased. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Availability

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided as is and without warranty. We may change or discontinue features.
